Focus on the adjustments made to the medical monitoring of employees.

On 2 August 2021, a law aimed at reforming occupational health was adopted, on the one hand to improve the medical follow-up of employees, and on the other hand to strengthen the prevention of occupational risks.

As many of the measures contained in this law are due to come into force on March 31, 2022, we would like to provide you with an update on the upcoming changes that may impact your business.
