POINTS ON THE MEASURE
Law no. 2022-1158 of 16 August 2022 on emergency measures for the protection of purchasing power offers the possibility of early release – exceptionally and under conditions – of the sums resulting from the participation and/or profit-sharing, Investments in an employee savings plan.
This option is also open to former employees, company managers, presidents, managing directors, members of the management board, spouses or PACS partners of the head of company having the status of collaborating spouse or associate spouse.
We remind you that employers must inform employees of the existence of this exceptional scheme by October 17, 2022, and keep proof of having fulfilled this obligation.
